| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| No child shall use the playground structure until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the ministry prior to the use of the permanent play structure. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 121. |
| The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before and after school and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
| The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of Rooms 120 & 130, and the alternate space of Room 131 (Library), Room 132 (Computer Room) and the gym. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: JK / SK (20): 4 children, School Age (30): 6 children. |
