| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure every employee who is responsible for program planning and implementation shall participate in an external professional development on child development/program planning/How Does Learning Happen. Confirmation of participation will be sent to Program Advisor by December 1, 2015. |
| The operator shall forward a plan for program development to Program Advisor by email, on or before August 21, 2015. The plan shall include information on unstructured art and sensory activities available to the children. The plan shall confirm the times these activities are available, the material offered, and how the activity is presented to and facilitated for the children. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg.262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (10): 2 children; Preschool (13): 2 children. |
