Terms and Conditions
| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The preschool capacity is based on the use of primary rooms: Room 8 with a maximum capacity of 16 children, and Room 18 with a maximum capacity of 20 children |
| The school age capacity is based on the use of primary Lunchroom 3 with a maximum capacity of 15 children, and Lunchroom 2 with a maximum capacity of 30 children |
| The operator shall ensure that the washroom supervision plan submitted to the Ministry is followed at all times when children are using the lunchroom #1 and the gymnasium as the centre's licensed alternate space. |

This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request. |
