Terms and Conditions
| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure that fire drill records are maintained, as outlined in O.Reg 262, s.27(1)(e); fire drill records shall be readily accessible and posted for the duration of this licence. |
| The operator will ensure that all playground inspection are submitted on a monthly basis to the Program Advisor for the remainder term of the license. |
