| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The licensee shall follow the written staff schedule that demonstrates that the supervisor is off program and is not counted in the ratios. A written record of the daily schedule and written evidence of the monitoring is to be retained on premise for the duration of the licence. |
| The licensee shall ensure that the detailed written plan around serving snacks and meals to children with anaphylactic allergies is followed. |
| The licensee to monitor and record that all product labels are available and are read prior to preparing and serving food as per the allergy list and anaphylaxis policy. Written confirmation that the daily monitoring was conducted and by whom to be recorded daily in the log for the duration of this licence. |
| The licensee shall develop and maintain a written record of review for each child enrolled to confirm that the file contains all required documentation pertaining to immunization records. The written record of review for each file shall be available for ministry review. |
| The Preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Preschool Room on the First Floor (16 children) and Preschool Room on the Second Floor (16 children). |

Director's Approval
| Director's Approval is granted for outdoor space less than 5.6 sq.m. per child based on licensed capacity provided the operator follows the rotation on file with the Ministry. |
