Busy Hands 'n' Minds is licensed by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and adheres to all of the requirements set forth in the Day Nurseries Act. We undergo routine inspections by the Region of Peel Public Health, Fire Department and our Ministry Program Advisor. Our Centre's standards meet or exceed the province's requirements for quality childcare and program development.

| Within the existing capacity of the child care, the operator may provide a program for 15 Toddler children or 16 preschool children in the Toddler 1 room; 15 Toddler children in the Toddler 2 room; 15 Toddler children in the Toddler 3 room; 24 preschool children in the Preschool 1 room; 24 Preschool children in the Preschool 2 room; and 20 JK/SK children or 23 Preschool children in the Kindergarten room. |

| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (15): 3 Children, Preschool (16): 3 Children, Kindergarten (20): 4 children. |
