The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
The SK licensed capacity is based on the use of Room K3 and the alternate space of Room 16 and 17. |
The JK/SK licensed capacity is based on the use of Room K2 and the alternate space of room 17 and Portable 3. |
The operator must ensure that there are enough bathroom routines included in the daily program for the preschool and the kindergarten children. The operator will also ensure that the children are accompanied at all times during those visits. |
The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before and after school and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches/snacks which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. Director's Approval
Director's approval for a mixed age group for children aged more than 30 months and up to and including 5 years of age. Therefore 20% of 16 children, maximum 3 children, may be from the younger age group. |
