C.Y.O.  Camp Marydale is located in the beautiful outdoor wilderness facility  Marydale Park.

Marydale Park is found minutes from the heart of Hamilton and runs adjacent to the Binbrook Conservation area.The C.Y.O. has made it our mission to break down barriers, fully integrating all children despite their financial situation, religious or ethnic background, or ability.

This summer, we will be offering programming for children born in the years 2002-2010, we are also excited to announce the return of our Counsellor-in-Training program for youth born in the years 2000 & 2001.

P.A. Day Programs

Marydale Park’s PA Day Programs are aligned with the H.W.C.D.S.B., the H.W.D.S.B., as well as, the C.S.D.C.C.S. school calendars. Check availability here.

March Break Program (MBP)

Our MBP activities will vary, pending on the weather. However, all campers WILL participate in:

  • Hikes
  • Indoor games
  • Outdoor games
  • Crafts
  • and more!

Seasonal activities might include:

  • Snowshoeing
  • Skating
  • Cross Country Skiing
  • Fishing
  • Archery
  • Basketball 
  • Soccer
  • and much more!

About Summer Camp

Since 1963, Camp Marydale offers boys and girls a fun-filled summer experience. Each camper will learn new skills, make new friends and develop an appreciation of nature as a creation of God. Our goal is to provide our campers with pleasant summer activities and a lasting adventures in Christian living.

At Camp Marydale campers will participate in several different activities throughout the day, with the focus being on making friends and having fun!

Also offered - C.I.T. Counsellor in Training.

Activities at Camp Marydale include:

  • Canoeing, Kayaking, Peddle Boating
  • Fishing
  • Sports (ie. soccer, basketball, baseball, beach volleyball, etc.)
  • Field Games (ie. tag, parachute, scavenger hunts, etc.)

Busing Available across Hamilton, Grimsby, Mount Hope, Stoney Creek, Caledonia, Ancaster, Waterdown, Burlington, etc.

One-to-One Program

The program integrates special needs children into our mainstream camping programs.  Our unique “One-to-One” program offers short-term respite care by ensuring that a dedicated counsellor is given special training to handle the responsibility and challenges of providing assisted care to special children while they participate in our C.Y.O. camping programs.
