| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Within the existing capacity of the child care centre, the operator may provide a program for 10 Infants in the Infant Room, 20 Toddlers in the current Toddler Room (10 toddlers) and the SK Room (10 Toddlers); 40 preschool children in the Senior Preschool Room (8), the Sunshine Room (16) and the Preschool Room (16). |

| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (10): 2 children and Preschool (16): 3 children. |
