Casa Vera Montessori School Inc.

Casa Vera Montessori School was opened on September 2005. We have one Toddler classroom (16 months to 3 years) and one Casa classroom (3 to 6 years).

We consider our size as a great advantage as it enables us to stay very close to children and their families. Children and their families are an integral part of our education as well as our school. The real happiness and success in children's life can be created only through very close interaction between the school and the family.

Therefore, we strongly support our parents in their role and influence in development of the child. Besides Parents-Teacher meetings where we discuss individually with each family the progress/needs of their child, we have regular Parents Nights meetings where we usually introduce aspects of Montessori education to parents and help them to understand how they can support their child at home.

Also, two times in a year, we organize an educational meeting with doctor of Naturopathic Medicine who introduces to parents the benefits of naturopathic medicine/therapy. Naturopathy integrates modern medicine & scientific methodology with traditional systems of healing. It usually includes the use of natural remedies with the emphasis on diet and strengthening the immune system. Proper environmental controls and appropriate naturopathic treatments can, in most cases, help children to bring certain medical or allergic conditions (asthma etc) under control.

Casa Vera Montessori School provides an enriching education, guided by Montessori philosophy, for children in a beautiful, caring and harmonious learning environment. Our classroom has a special atmosphere of cheerful orderliness, calmness and purposeful work.

We empower the child to fully explore the path of self-discovery and development in the Montessori environment. The child's environment is carefully planned and organized to enhance learning in a focused, uninterrupted manner following Montessori principles.

We are proud that our teachers are enthusiastic and devoted professionals with outstanding experience in child education. They embrace the Montessori philosophy with a depth of knowledge and a genuine desire to encourage all children to develop a positive attitude towards learning and education. All head teachers completed Montessori courses and posses recognized certificates/diplomas. They often go beyond the required qualification and continuously expand their professional knowledge.
