| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure that the Kew Beach Public School fixed playground equipment is not used by children until it is confirmed that the structures meet CSA standards and the third party playground inspection has been conducted, any identfitied issues addressed and the inspection report and action plan have been submitted to the ministry prior to children's use of equipment. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Unit 102 and the school-age capacity based on use of Unit 103. |
| The operator will ensure the playground supervision and child escort policy on file with the ministry is implemented at all times. |
| In every licensed space and room that the school-age children are occupying on a given day, the operator will ensure there is direct staff supervision. |
| If the community park is used, ratios must be met or exceeded. The fixed structures are not to be used unless there is sufficient surfacing under these structures. If community parks and playgrounds are used, the equipment must be age appropriate and ratios must be met or exceeded. Safety checks must be conducted and recorded prior to each use. |
