The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
The school age capacity is based on the use of rooms 119, 120 and 113 (overflow)
Upon completion, the operator shall submit the results of the inspection conducted by the third party certified playground safety inspector, together with an action plan to address any issues which may be identified. The action plan must be approved by the ministry prior to implementation.
No child shall use the playground structure until a third party certified playground inspector's written confirmation all immediate health and safety issues have been addressed has been submitted to the ministry.
