The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
Room 107 – 15 children, 18 months of age and over up to and including 30 months of age
Room 101 – 24 children, more than 30 months of age up to and including 5 years of age
Room 102 – 24 children, more than 30 months of age up to and including 5 years of age
Room 103 – 24 children, more than 30 months of age up to and including 5 years of age
Room 104 – 11 children, more than 30 months of age up to and including 5 years of age
Room 106 – 24 children, more than 30 months of age up to and including 5 years of age OR 15 children, 18 months of age and over up to and including 30 months of age
Room 105 - 13 children, 18 months of age and over up to and including 30 months of age OR 10 children under 18 months of age. Clear play area of this room has been reduced to meet the 10% window requirement. Operator shall not move fixed shelving.

Director's Approval

Ministry Director approval is granted to allow mixed age grouping as per section 55 (2).
