The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
The operator to ensure there is a daily schedule to show the groups of school age children use the playground at separate times and do not exceed 64 children at any time.
Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch/snack is forgotten.
The School Age licensed capacity is based on the exclusive use of rooms in the child care centre.

The kindergarten and school age programs are licensed to operate before-and-after school and full-day on PA days and school holidays
The Kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of room 147 and an alternate space of room 144 in the school.

Director's Approval

Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 20 children (44 months to 67 months) maximum 4 children, may be from the younger age group (31 months to 5 years).
Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 15 children, 18 - 30 Months, maximum 3 children, may be from the younger age group (0 to 17 months) but must be walking and must be developmentally able to follow the toddler program and schedule.
Director approval has been granted for kindergarten and school age children to bring bag lunches and snacks.
Director's approval for a mixed group. Therefore, 20% of 16 children, 31 Months to 5 Years, maximum 3 children, may be from the younger age group (18 to 30 months).
Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 30 children (6 to 12 years) maximum 6 children, may be from the younger age group (44 months to 67 months).
