Terms and Conditions
| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure all reports from either the local medical officer of health or the local fire department are submitted to the Ministry for review. |
| By the last day of each month during the term of this licence the operator will send written proof to the ministry that a fire drill has been conducted. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval is granted for mixed age pursuant to s.55(2). Therefore 20% of 16 children (31 months – 5 years) maximum of 3 children may be from the younger age group. (18 – 30 months) |
