| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The toddlers will not use the fixed playground equipment. |
| The operator shall ensure that the toddler escort policy and supervision plan is in effect at all times. |
| If community parks are used, the equipment must be age appropriate and ratios must be met or exceeded. Safety checks must be conducted and recorded prior to each use. |
| The fixed structures in the park are not to be used unless the operator obtains written confirmation that the equipment and surfacing meet CSA standards. |

The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request. Before changes are made to shared space the operator shall obtain an up to date signed shared space confirmation document. |
Director's Approval
| Director approval is granted for the use of specified rooms/areas that may have less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. |
