| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator to ensure the written plan for the supervision of the toddler children on the playground is followed. |
| The school age component of this program is licensed to operate from 7:00am to 8:45am and 3:30pm to 6:00pm and P.A. days and school holidays including July and August. |
| A nursery school program for 16 preschool children is licensed to operate from 9:00am to 12:00 pm and 12:45pm to 3:15pm from September to June when the school age children are not present. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows; Toddlers (15): 3 children, Preschool (16): 3 children and School Age (15): 3 children. |
