| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The JK/SK licensed capacity of 40 is based on the use of Rooms C13A (20) and C13B (20)with Room D3 approved for alternate use for 20 JK/SK. The School Age licensed capacity of 54 is based on the use of Room D1 (24)and the Library (30). The Gym has been approved for occasional use by either group. |
| School playground equipment is not to be used until a comprehensive CSA inspection report is received by the Program Advisor. |
