We are a not-for-profit community-based child care and early learning centre that has served the community since 1986. Our location in Dublin Heights Elementary and Middle School in North York, Ontario helps us to maintain close ties with the community.
DHCCC's mission is:
To enrich our community by creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which each child can develop mentally, physically, emotionally and socially. Our Directors and staff will work with families and our school partner to recognize each child’s needs and capabilities. Our children will build self-esteem and independence, respect for others and a life-long love of learning.

| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before and after school and full day on PA Days and school holidays. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Rooms 116 and 118 with a maximum capacity of 20 children in each room. |
| The school age capacity is based on the use of Rooms 109 with a maximum capacity of 30 children; Room 115 with a maximum capacity of 15 children and the alternate space of Room 110 based on the maximum capacity of 15 children. |
| All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request. |
