| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The centre is permitted to use the church open room for occasional indoor gross motor play during inclement weather. |
| The operator shall not use the playground Area's 1 and 2 until a third party certified playground inspector’s written confirmation all immediate health and safety issues have been addressed has been submitted to the ministry. |
| Upon completion of repairs and renovations and prior to the use of the playground structure, the operator shall submit an independent certified playground inspector’s written verification that all health and safety issues have been addressed. |
