| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure that the storm drain located in the playground is covered when the playground is in use. |
| The playground is limited to no more than 20 children at one time. |
| As indicated in the May 2015 annual playground inspection report, the operator shall submit to the ministry a plan to replace the protective surfacing in the playground within the next 6 to 8 months as the surfacing is demonstrating values that suggest the surface has a limited life expectancy. |
| Upon completion of the playground's new safety surfacing, the operator shall submit to the ministry a third party certified playground inspector’s written confirmation that the surfacing is in compliance with CSA standards. |
