Glen Abbey Montessori School Inc. has been serving the Oakville, Ontario community since 1996. We are a private Montessori school, licensed under the Ministry of Education and accredited by the Canadian Council of Montessori Administrators.

| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch/snack is forgotten. |
| The operator to ensure the written plan for the supervision of children moving between the child care centre and the playground is followed including the transition from the lower level of the premise. |

| The operator shall submit written verification for the provisions being implemented by June 30, 2015 pertaining to the catering of the mid-day meal. Written verification including municipal health approval, revised program statement and confirmation of catering company is to be submitted to the Ministry on or before March 31, 2015. |

| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Preschool (16): 3 children. |
