The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall submit results for the 2014 testing for lead and confirmation that the annual water sampling and testing for lead for 2015 has been carried out in accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, O.Reg. 243/7 to the Ministry by May 31, 2015 |
