| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The Music Room/Yoga Room may be used as an alternate space for gross motor activity for both preschool (Casa) and toddler groups, and the French Room may be used for "French Class" for the preschool (Casa) group. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (15) : 3 children and Preschool (16): 3 children. |
