The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
The school age program operates before and after school and on PA days and school holidays. |
During the portable renovations the school age maximum capacity is 44 children (24 children in the school age room in the child care centre and 20 children in the Anstey Room in the Church of the Nazarene). |
The licensee shall ensure that the detailed written plan for the portable renovations and repairs is followed. Written confirmation to be submitted upon completion on or before July 31, 2015. |
The licensee is to ensure that a daily inspection of the premise, including play materials and furnishings is conducted. A daily written maintenance and safety log is to be maintained that identifies who conducted the daily inspection, all maintenance and safety items, a plan of action and date completed. A written record is to be retained on premise and available for Ministry review for the duration of the licence. |
The licensee to monitor and record that all staff, students and volunteers have reviewed the individual plan for a child with anaphylaxis and emergency procedures prior to employment, providing care, when a change occurs and at least annually thereafter. Records of the monitoring to be available for ministry review. |
The licensee is to ensure that the program rooms and areas within the centre that are being renovated are inaccessible to children during child care centre renovations. |
The licensee shall ensure that the detailed written plan for washroom supervision of the school age children is followed. |
The school age portables 1 and 2 are closed and will not be operating until they have been replaced and recieved approval from Public Health and Fire. During this time period, the school age program will relocate to Anstey Room within the Church of the Nazarene, where the child care centre is currently located in Brampton. The licensee shall submit verification of all municipal approvals to the Ministry prior to the program relocating to portable 1 and portable 2. |
