Hearts in Bloom Academy (HBA) is a Christian Child Care Centre, built, operated and governed by the principles of Christianity as espoused by the Holy word of God. At HBA, we welcome, engage, interact & love your child the way the Lord commands us to. We are committed to service, serving the children and families in our communities by ensuring we provide quality service.
HBA is licensed to operate under the Ministry of Child and Youth Care Services (MCYCS). We accept children ages six (6) months to six (6) years old. Our staffs are highly trained and qualified teachers who are dedicated and passionate to teach the word of God to your children. Each staff is committed to empower each child and family, while reaching the needs of the children and families individually and as a whole. We believe in building a partnership with each family. Our teachings are based on the principles of Christianity. Children are taught based on these fundamental principles. We believe in the development of the whole child; cognitive, social-emotional, gross and fine motor skills, speech and language, and spiritual. We will nurture, love and care for your children and help them to accomplish their dreams and reach their full potential.

| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Within the existing capacity of the child care, the operator may provide a program for 10 Toddlers in the Preschool room and; 16 preschool children in the JK/SK room. |
| The operator to submit written confirmation of any staff changes to the Ministry within one week of occurrence and submit written confirmation that the staff member’s file has been set up for the newly hired staff prior to employment, and that it contains all required documentation pertaining to qualifications, hiring and policies. |
| The operator to ensure that the written plan for increased monitoring and supervision of program rooms continue to be followed. A written record of the daily monitoring is to be retained and available for ministry review. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (10): 2 children and Preschool (16): 3 children. |
