The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
The operator to ensure that the written plan for the supervision of the children moving between the child care centre and the playground is followed.
Within the licence capacity of 72, only 56 spaces may be used for 6 hours or more in a period of 24 hours.
The operator shall ensure that the written plan for painting the centre is followed. The operator to submit written confirmation of completed work on or before May 31, 2014.
A capacity for 15 children, 18-30 months, 56 children, 31 months to 5 years may be alternately used for a group of 71 children when the enrolment allows.

Director's Approval

Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Preschool (16): 3 children, Toddlers (15): 3 children.
