Huron Superfriends is a childcare centre located in Huron Street Public School. Superfriends currently runs two programs, a Kindergarten and a School Age Program. It is licensed by the Ministry of Community and Social Services to provide care for 55 children from six to twelve years of age for the School Age Program, and 40 children from three and a half to five years of age for the Kindergarten Program. During the school year, only Huron Street Public School children are eligible for daycare enrollment. In the summer months enrollment is open.

| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch is forgotten. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room(s) #5 and #6 and the alternate space of Room(s) #3 and #4. Room #6 has a capacity of 24 children. |
| A maximum of 20 children may be present in each playroom located on the main floor at any one time. A maximum of 15 children may be present in the playroom located on the lower floor at any one time. |
| The kindergarten and/or school age programs are licensed to operate before- and after- school on regular school days and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
| The operator shall follow the playground action plan approved on January 9, 2015 and submit the third party certified playground inspector’s written confirmation that all health and safety concerns have been addressed and that the playground is in compliance with CSA standards. |
