Adapted CampTO Explore

Adapted CampTO Explore provides participants a chance to make friends while taking part in arts, games and sports activities. A workshop, a local trip or a visit from a special guest will add to the excitement.

These camp programs include a variety of age groups between 13 to 29 years old or youth with a special need or a disability.

Bronze Cross

This course is generally offered in an extended 9-class format. Bronze Cross teaches the difference between lifesaving and lifeguarding, the principles of emergency procedures and teamwork. Candidates must be able to swim 400 metres in 11 minutes or less by the course exam date.

Please bring Canadian Lifesaving manual received in Bronze Medallion.

Prerequisites (current or expired): Bronze Medallion and Emergency First Aid with CPR-B or Standard First Aid with CPR-C from an approved provider.

General Registration Information

Registration Methods

  • Online Registration
  • Touch Tone (TTR): Call 416-338-0000 between 7:00am and midnight beginning on the session registration start date until the first day of the program; Call 416-3 38-4386 once a program starts.
  • Operator Assisted: Call 416-338-4FUN (4386) to register with a Customer Service Representative
  • In-Person & Drop-Off: Register in person at a designated civic or community centre on registration day or between 8:30am and 4:30pm from the day after registration day until the third class of the program
