Terms and Conditions
The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
The licensee to monitor and confirm that all playground inspections have been conducted at least daily. A written record of monitoring and playground inspection records are to be available to ministry staff for review at all times. |
Room 4 on the main floor may be alternately used for a group of 15 toddler children when the enrolment allows. The licensee is to submit written notification of the transition plan for the change in program room use, including a list of play equipment and furnishings and verification of staffing for ministry approval prior to room change occurring. |
The licensee shall ensure that the written plan for monitoring the review of the individual plans for a child with anaphylaxis and emergency procedures with all staff, students and volunteers is followed. A written record of the monitoring and copies of the individual action plans are to be available on site for ministry review. |

The Preschool licensed capacity is based on Room 4 on the main level for 16 children, Room 5 for 16 children on the second level and Room 6 for 24 children on the second level. |
The Kindergarten licensed capacity is based on Room 7 on the second floor for 15 children. |
