| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The licensee shall ensure that the there are no more than 30 children in the building at any time, as per the City of Hamilton Zoning approval. |
| The licensee shall ensure that children being cared for in the back rooms are in attendance for less than 6 hours per day. |
| This program is licensed for 15 School Age children in the back 2 rooms for before and after school care. The maximum capacity of the gymnasium is 10 children and the maximum capacity of the other room is 7 children. |
| Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches/snacks which meet Canada’s Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The licensee shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre’s parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bagged lunch is forgotten. |
| This program is licensed to operate the front room with 16 Preschoolers or an alternate capacity of either 13 Kindergarten children or 15 School Age children for before and after school care. |
| The kindergarten and school age programs are licensed to operate before - and after - school and full-day on PA days and school holidays from September to June. The preschool program is licensed to operate from 830am - 300pm from September to June. |
