The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
The licensee shall ensure the written plan for direct supervison of the curling fence on the playground is followed until repairs are completed. The licensee to submit written confirmation of completed repairs to the ministry on or before December 30, 2015. |
The licensee shall upon completion submit the results of the inspection conducted by a third party CPI together with an action plan which may be identified in the inspection report. |
No child shall use the playground structure until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The Infant room is licensed to operate with 10 infants or with an alternate capacity of 10 toddler children. The Toddler room is licensed to operate with 15 toddler children or 16 preschool children. The alternate age group has been approved based on the licensee's approved plan. The licensee shall notify the ministry prior to implementing the alternate age group and submit documentation to show how staffing and program requirements will be met. |
