| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |

| The preschool 2 room may be alternately used for a group of 12 school age children during PD Days, March Break and school holidays when enrolment allows. The operator is to submit a written transition plan to the ministry prior to the change of age group occurring. The transition plan is to include: date of transition, verification of sufficient staff and qualifications and a written inventory of age appropriate play material and equipment. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (10): 2 children, Preschool (16): 3 children. |
