The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
The operator is to ensure that a daily inspection of the premise is conducted, a daily written maintenance and safety log is to be maintained that identifies who conducted the daily inspection, all maintenance or safety issues, plan of action and date that work was completed. The written record is to be retained on premise and available for ministry review. |
The infant capacity is based on the use of the infant room. |
The operator to submit written confirmation of any staff changes to the Ministry within one week of occurrence for the duration of the licence. |
The operator to monitor and record that all staff, students and volunteers have reviewed the individual plan for a child with anaphylaxis and emergency procedures prior to employment, providing care, when a change occurs and at least annually thereafter. A weekly record of the monitoring is to be available for ministry review for the duration of the licence. |
The toddler capacity is based on the use of Room 1 (15 children) and Room 2 (14 children). |

Director's Approval
Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (15): 3 children, Preschool (16): 3 children |
