| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The licensee shall submit an up-to-date playground injury log to the program advisor on a monthly basis for the period July 2015 to October 2015. |
| The licensee shall implement the internal monitoring procedure (as submitted to the ministry in the licensee's response) for ensuring all staff/students/volunteers have reviewed all children's anaphylaxis plans, and have received training on emergency procedures, prior to working/providing care in the program and at least annually thereafter. |
| The licensee shall implement the monitoring review process for attendance recording (as outlined in the licensee's response to the ministry). |

The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre’s parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch/snack is forgotten. |
