| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The Toddler licensed capacity is based on the use of the Nursery Room for 8 children. |
| The Preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of the Multipurpose room for 16 children. |
| The licensee shall submit written confirmation to the Ministry by May 27, 2016 that full compliance has been achieved for all items identified as “in progress” on the Summary of Child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report. |
| A maximum of 16 children may be on the playground at any one time. |
| An alternate capacity allows for 24 preschool children, Nursery Program room (8 children) and Multipurpose Program room (16 children) when enrolment allows. |
| The licensee to monitor and record that all product labels are read prior to preparing and serving food as per the allergy list and anaphylaxis policy. Written confirmation that the daily monitoring was conducted and by whom to be recorded daily in the log for the duration of this licence. |
