| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator to ensure that no more than 18 children are on the playground at one time. |
| The operator to ensure that the written plan for supervising the children transitioning between the centre and the playground is followed. |
| The operator shall monitor and record the accuracy of attendance records daily. Records of the monitoring and attendance records shall be available for review by ministry staff at all times for the duration of the licence. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (15): 3 children and Preschool (16): 3 children. |
