| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator to monitor and record the accuracy of attendance records daily. A written record of the monitoring and attendance records shall be available for review by ministry staff at all times for the duration of the licence. |
| Within the licensed capacity of 179 only 159 spaces may be used for 6 hours or more in a period of 24 hours. |
| A nursery program for 16 preschool children may be offered in the school age room between 9:00 am - 12:30 pm, the nursery program does not operate on PA days or school holidays. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (15): 3 children; Preschool (16): 3 children; Kindergarten (16): 3 children; School Age (20): 4 children. |
