Mighty Kids was established in August 2011 as an at-home daycare. The idea came about through the founder, Vicky, seeing a need to provide a facility that striked a balance between the exclusive childcare of a nanny and larger daycare facilities.
Vicky felt strongly about equipping Leslieville with a dedicated safe space for children to play and learn without the hazards that can often exist in the home.
The Mighty Kids space is devoted solely to childcare and contains age-appropriate engaging toys, a designated sleeping area with full size cribs/daybeds for each child, and an outdoor area for sensory play.
Mighty Kids offers weekly music classes led by an outside music specialist.
