| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Room 6 is licensed for a group of 15 School Age children until August 31, 2015 when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect. Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, Room 6 is licensed for a group of 30 School Age children. |
| The fixed structures in the park are not to be used unless there is sufficient surfacing which meets CSA standards under these structures. If community parks are used, the equipment must be age appropriate and ratios must be met or exceeded. Safety checks must be conducted and recorded prior to each use. |
| The preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Rooms 7 (24 children), Room 8 (16 children) and the alternate space of the Resource Centre/Library for 24 children in the area that has windows. |
