| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The infant licensed capacity is based on the use of the Yellow Room for 10 children. |
| The licensee shall submit an action plan to the Ministry by December 4, 2015 that demonstrates how full compliance will be achieved on items identified as “in progress” on the Summary of Child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report. |
| The toddler licensed capacity is based on the use of the Purple Room for 15 children, the Orange Room for 13 children and the Blue Room for 13 children. |

| The Orange Room is licenced to operate with 13 toddler children or with an alternate capacity of 13 reschool children. The alternate age group has been approved based on the operator's approved plan. The operator shall notify the ministry prior to implementing the alternate age group and submit documentation to show how staffing and program requirements will be met. |
| By the third day of each month during the term of this licence the licensee shall send written proof to the ministry that a fire drill has been conducted for the previous month. |
