| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| This program is licensed to operate the lower level with 16 half day preschool and 24 school age children, or 24 preschool children. When both groups are operating at the same time the retractable wall will be used. This approval is based on the operator's plan reviewed at the time of licensing. |
| The operator shall submit a Safe Water Laboratory Report to the Ministry of Education within 30 days of the issuance of this licence to ensure compliance with the Ministry of Environment requirements to conduct a test between May 1 and October 31 of each year. |
Director's Approval
| Director approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (15):3, Preschool (40):3, School Age (24):4. |
