| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator to monitor and record that all staff, students and volunteers have reviewed each child's individual emergency plan prior to employment, when a change occurs to a plan and at least annually thereafter. Records to be available for ministry review. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (15): 3 children; Preschool (16): 3 children and School Age (24): 4 children. |
