| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Room 214 is licensed for a group of 20 JK/SK, Room 215 is licensed for a group of 20 JK/SK, Room 107 is licensed for a group of 30 School Age and Room 107a is licensed for a group of 15 School Age until August 31, 2015 when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect. Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect Room 214 is licensed for a group of 26 JK/SK, Room 107 is licensed for a group of 30 Primary/Junior School Age and Room 107a is licensed for a group of 15 Primary/Junior School Age and Room 215 is licensed for a group of 20 Junior School Age. |

This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request. |
| Before changes are made to shared space and/or the total capacity for kindergarten and/or school-age children, the operator shall ensure that an up to date shared space confirmation document that is signed by the operator and a school board representative is available on site for Ministry review. |
