| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before and after school and on P.A. days and school holidays. |
| The licensee is to ensure the written plan for the supervision of children moving between the child care centre and the playground is followed. |
| Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches/snacks which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The licensee shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch/snack is forgotten. |
| The licensee is licensed to provide care for 1 group of 26 Kindergarten children; 1 group of 30 Primary School Age Children and 1 group of Junior School Age for 20 children and must meet the staff: child ratios identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 137/15. |

Director's Approval

| Director's Approval is granted for the use of specified rooms/areas that may have less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. |
