PROGRAMS
 
  • Mice (Age 4): crafts, story time, swim, play, nature exploration, etc.
  • Chipmunks (Age 5): environmental games & activities, gardening, canoe ride, folklore, swim, etc
  • Squirrels (Ages 6 & 7): daily outdoor/nature adventures, games, activities, crafts, canoe ride, swim, etc
  • Badger(Ages 8 & 9): cookout lunch, campfire, wall climbing, archery, canoeing, fishing, garden time, outdoor living skills, orienteering, hiking, etc
  • Challenger Cabin Group (Age 10 & 11): kayaking, canoeing, archery, a Challenge Course Element experience, or orienteering; co-operative games, swim, etc
  • Challenger Discovery (Ages 10 & 11): wilderness survival skills - shelter building, fire lighting with ‘no matches’, survival skills in the woods, orienteering, knots, fishing, wilderness first aid, and some relevant ecology; swim, etc
  • Challenger Half Day Options (Ages 10 & 11): Multi Ventures (canoes, kayaks, climbing tower, archery, the Giant swing), Air Adventures (Low Ropes, High Ropes, Team Balance, Giant Swing, Dangle-A-Maze), Mountain Biking, Land Adventures, Watercraft, Climbing, Pottery, Multi Sport
  • Explorer Discovery (Ages 12 & 13): hike, learn camping skills, do some map and compass work, and cook over an open fire; paddling skills, swim, etc
  • Explorer Half Day Options (Ages 12 & 13): Multi Adventures, Air Adventures, Mountain Biking, Sailing, Canoeing and Kayaking, Pottery
  • Girls Outdoors (Ages 12-14): canoeing, archery, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, paddleboarding, a Challenge Course Element experience
  • Watercraft-Speciality: develops the boating hard-skills of campers age 12-14 that are already proficient in canoe, kayak and sailing basics.
  • Mountain Bike Specialty (Ages 12-14): a mix of land and water activities ie. Canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, Flying Squirrel, Vertical Playpen & Low Ropes.
  • Climbing Specialty (Ages 12-14)
  • Voyageur Multi-Ventures (Age 14)
  • Leaders In Training (Age 15)
  • Staff In Training (Age 16)
  • Integration: 1:1 support for children and youth (ages 4-14) with Special Needs
