| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure that each child in attendance for six or more hours in a day is outdoors for the minimum prescribed time, weather permitting, as outlined in O.Reg 262, s.53; the outdoor play schedule for each age group shall be implemented each day, weather permitting; any revision to the outdoor play schedule shall be submitted to the ministry for Director Approval prior to implementation. |
