Small Wunders originated back in January 2001. It started off as a home daycare run by an experienced and loving Early Childhood Educator. With much experience and education behind her, she developed an empty space into a place where children felt comfortable, came to learn, and were provided with the at home feeling while mom and dad were at work. Small Wunders Home Daycare was completely child sized and child driven. Through the years, we established some great clientele, grew, and took pride over most of the children we helped move forward. We made some of the best memories at our first location and made everlasting friends. We established our reputation and knew that if Small Wunders took their knowledge and expertise elsewhere, they would put their full hearts into providing the best care possible.
Now we find ourselves here, at 1150 Eglinton Ave. E. We have expanded into a 6700 square foot location. We have six rooms open and take children in from 6 months to 5 years. We are fully licensed by the Ministry of Community and Social Services, so therefore we follow all requirements put forward by the Day Nurseries Act. Although we have changed location, we have not changed what makes us or what we believe in. We believe that all children should be treated as if they were our own, and we strive to put that into our programs. All of our staff follow and believe in the same structure as the centre. We like for our kids to receive the guidance they appreciate and the nurturing they deserve to prepare them for the world to follow.

The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The licensee shall maintain a written record to confirm the oversight and reporting of serious occurences. The written record is to include the assessment process for determining a serious occurence, the location of the posted notification form, in addition to the date the notifications are posted and removed.
