| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Within the existing capacity of the child care, the operator may provide a program for 15 Toddler children in the Preschool room (Childcare 1). The operator is to submit to the Ministry a written transition plan including verification of staffing, play materials and furnishings and program prior to the change of age group occurring. |
| The operator shall ensure that the detailed written plan pertaining to reducing the square footage in Room 101 West during July and August to 516.29 square feet is followed. |

The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch/snack is forgotten. |

| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (15): 3 children, Preschool (16): 3 children, JK / SK (20): 4 children and School Age (30): 6 children. |
