| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| By February 28, the operator shall submit written confirmation that the repairs to the gate latch has been completed. The plan made by the operator that was reviewed at the time of inspection to keep the ground mount secured and the gate supervised when children are in the playground must be consistently implemented. |
| The preschool capcaity on the license has been granted approval for the use of the daycare portion of the school. |
| The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of Rooms 15 and 20 and the alternate space of the Gymnasium. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 2 and the alternate space is room 21 and the Gymnasium. |

Director's Approval
| Director approval has been granted for mixed age groupings under section s.55(2) of O.Reg.262. Mixed age groupings can be implemented in only one age group is as follows: Preschool (24): 3 children, JK/SK(24): 4 children and School Age (30): 6 children. |
